Request for verification

To the Royal Norwegian Embassy in (city and country)

The Directorate of Immigration requests the Embassy's assistance in order to verify the following:

It is requested that the Embassy provide a reply confirming that the request has been received and stating how long the Embassy assumes that the verification will take. The reply may be sent to the case officer/unit at the email address below.

*The Directorate wishes to receive a response by dd.mm.yy. It is requested that the Embassy provides a response on whether it is possible to complete the verification tasks within this time limit. The reply may be sent to the case officer/unit at the email address below.

It is requested that the Embassy report back to the UDI if the Embassy believes that it is not possible to obtain a response of substance through a verification. The reply may be sent to the case officer/unit at the email address below.

This transmission contains sensitive personal data. This means that the information must be treated in accordance with the requirements for information security and the duty of secrecy provided in the Personal Data Act and the Public Administration Act. Information that the person in question is an asylum seeker in Norway must not be provided to representatives of the authorities in the country of origin or to unauthorised parties.
