The rates for the subsistence requirement is updated. Furthermore, the rates for the disability benefits are now divided into three different rates. If the sponsor is living together with his/her spouse, partner or are in a cohabiting relationship, the sponsor must have an annual disability benefit corresponding to at least 2,28 G. As of 1 May 2021, this corresponds to NOK 242 590. If the sponsor is living together with his/her spouse or is a cohabitant and receives a disability benefit which is a converted disability pension, the sponsor must have an annual disability benefit corresponding to at least 2,33 G. As of 1 May 2021, this corresponds to NOK 247 910. If the sponsor is singel, the sponsor must have an annual disability benefit corresponding to at least 2,48 G. As of 1 May 2021, this corresponds to NOK 263 870.

The full minimum pension level at the high rate as of 1 May 2021 corresponds to NOK 202 470

The annex has been updated with new rates for minimum pension level and disability benefits in line with G-27/2020 which entered into force on 1 January 2021. The full minimum pension level at the high rate as of 1 May 2020 amounted to NOK 193 188. The full minimum annual disability benefits corresponding to the minimum annual benefits according to the National Insurance Act, Chapter 12 as of 1 May 2020 amounts to NOK 251 350.

The Annex has been given a new name and a new document ID due to the launch of a the new website UDI Regulations. This is the version of the Annex as of 28 November 2019. Earlier versions are only available in Norwegian.
