UDI 2010-124V5 Statement concerning permits for full-time work for a limited period

Students can be granted permits for full-time work for a limited period if the work is part of their education, or the work is an absolutely necessary precondition for admission to further education within the same programme option, see Section 6-33 second paragraph of the Immigration Regulations. The student must document this through a statement from the educational institution.
