UDI 2010-129V Pay in the absence of a collective agreement and when normal pay has not been substantiated

It follows from the Basic Collective Agreement for the Civil Service that an employee with a Master’s degree or other second-degree-level education shall be paid at least salary grade 47 in the pay scale for Norwegian state employees.

In the case of a Bachelor’s degree or other first-degree-level education, the employee shall be paid at least salary grade 42.
